FEU Preface About
ODP Alumni

ODP participants

ODP participants are offered to join the ODP Alumni network that will create a firm foundation for future collaboration among participants.

A primary and first goal for the ODP Alumni network is to maintain updated and current information of all participants so it is possible in an easy way to stay in contact with ODP peers. Thereby enable ODP participants to create and keep connections in a way that will help with their strategic focus, leadership, and organizational development. On a longer term the ODP Alumni network aims to:

  • More actively encourage, foster and promote relations among the alumni and create engagement.
  • Offer alumni activities, programs and events that will empower ODP participants to learn.
  • Use the ODP Alumni network to promote the FEU work in member countries and thereby help to raise the overall profile of FEU.
FEU programs

FEU focuses on three main programs

We are FEU, the Federation of European Fire Officers. The FEU is a network of (European) fire officer associations or state fire services united by a (common) profile of shared beliefs, interests, and mutual trust. The FEU aims to be a strong voice for fire and rescue services.
There is significant potential in our shared commitment to strengthening leadership across Europe’s fire and rescue services. Across Europe—and together with strategic partners beyond its borders—there is a wealth of knowledge, experience and innovation that, when actively shared through education, collaboration and learning, can make a tangible difference in preparing for the challenges FEU members will face in the years ahead. Placing leadership firmly at the centre of our work not only supports organisational resilience and professional excellence, but also reinforces the FEU’s position as a credible, influential voice for fire and rescue services at both European and global level. The Leadership Programme is therefore focused on elevating leadership as a strategic priority.
This program offers you the opportunity to gain expert knowledge on current topics relevant to the fire services in Europe, as well as further develop your leadership and communication skills.
