Appointment of Bert Brugghemans to the FEU Board

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Bert Brugghemans, CEO of Brandweer Zone Antwerpen and FEU delegate from Belgium, as a new member of the FEU Board.

In addition to his role in Antwerp, Bert has recently been appointed as Chair of the Council of Zone Commanders in Belgium, further underlining his leadership and standing within the Belgian fire and rescue services. With his extensive experience and strategic perspective, he brings valuable expertise and insight to the FEU Board.

We are confident that Bert will make an important contribution to advancing the FEU’s strategic objectives and strengthening collaboration across Europe. Bert succeeds Mr Wim Van Zele, CEO of Brandweer Zone Gent/Belgium.
